SSHY is starting Bikram yoga classes especially for the little ones! It's never too early to get started on a path of health and wellness. If anything, the earlier the better.

The kids classes will be on Sunday, from Oct. 16th - Nov. 20th

Labour Day is upon us already?!?  Time flies when you're having fun, and especially so when the summer is so lovely.  The September Long Weekend sees a few cancellations, but most of the classes are still on:

Friday, September 2nd:  6:00am, 9:30am, and 6:00pm classes  (4:00pm cancelled)

Saturday, September 3rd:  10:00am and 4:00pm classes (8:00am cancelled)

Sunday, September 4th:  10:00am and 4:00pm classes

Monday, September 5th:  9:30am, 4:00pm, and 6:00pm classes (6:00am cancelled)
