Feeling too full? overwhelmed? Or Feeling Empty and lost your way?

Good morning everybody, welcome to Bikram's Beginner yoga class:)

This has been a theme for us this week at the studio.  Your practice becomes a sacred time to reconnect with your deepest needs and dreams.  When you surrender to either feeling, you will feel rejuvenated by the end of your 90 min of suffering and hard work!

Remember, the harder it is to get to class mentally or emotionally, the more rewarding it will be to accomplish that class!  When you are feeling stuck in a rut, or can't seem to figure out what you need to feel balance in your life, 90 min of sweating and letting someone else lead you back to yourself, can be so strengthening and give you new perspective!

I miss our teacher Leah who is now teaching in Ottawa, she used to always say, "my mind, your body", that lingers with me as I teach and practice. The 90 min. you have decided to give to yourself really can be a letting go of the mind.  We all need to take a break so we have a chance to re group.  I encourage all of you to simply show up, stand with your heels and toes touching on the mat, and enjoy where your practice takes you!  See you at the studio!

Xox

Amanda
